ZRA Publishing provides various software
& information products designed specifically to enable
our customers to earn money independently, and with little
or no risk, from the rapidly expanding online gaming industry.
By promoting our products & services on your web site
or newsletter you can earn commissions of up to 35% on sales
of qualifying products. The affiliate program is "two
tier" which means that you can recruit other affiliates
to sell our products & services. For each sale of a
qualifying product made by one of your sub affiliates you
will earn a further 5% of the retail price.
Commissions
You will receive up to 35% (determined by product) of the
revenue as a commission from orders placed through your
Affiliate Site. For a sale to generate a commission to an
Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and
remit full payment for the product ordered. You will receive
5% of the revenue from orders placed through the Affiliate
Sites of those sub-Affiliates (2nd tier affiliates) which
you have sponsored into the Affiliate Program. Commissions
will only be paid on sales which are made through qualified
Affiliate Sites.
Due to an increasing amount of International
fraud - this program is now ONLY open to those persons living
in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. If you
do not live in one of these countries, and you still want
to participate AND receive commissions, please contact
us with your web site information, URL and details about
your visitors and/or your opt-in list, etc. If you are not
granted an exception no commissions will be paid.

Payment
ZRA Publishing will issue payment to you in one of two ways:
- by Paypal
- by sterling bank transfer (UK affiliates only)
The minimum commission payment is £100. If your balance
is below this level at the end of any month, it will be rolled
over into the next month until such time as the balance exceeds
£100. Payment will be made for the applicable commissions
on or around the 5th of the month for the previous month's
commissions. If any order that generated a referral fee is
returned by the customer, or if there are any returned checks
or chargebacks, the amount will be deducted from the next
monthly payment.
Tracking Sales
We provide banners to place on web sites, text links and information
about how to maximise contacts. Any visitor that comes to
our site by means of your referral is
permanently identified
as your contact. If that visitor should return at any
time in the future and make a purchase from us then you will
receive the commission.
Upon successful application to the Affiliate
program, you will receive a password to log in to your personal
affiliate management account. You will be able to see, in
real-time, exactly what you are earning.
Self-Affiliation & abuse of tracking codes
ZRA Publishing will not pay out a commission on your own purchase
for any of our products.
Unsolicited Commercial Email or SPAM
ZRA Publishing in no way participates in mass unsolicited
emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected
to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy
will result in the termination of this contract and immediate
dismissal from the ZRA Publishing Affiliate Program, forfeiting
all unpaid commissions.
